Based on customer specifications, on-site inspection of the metal, and the extensive experience of our field-trained sales staff, bids are meticulously prepared and priced for optimum quality and cost-effectiveness.

Programs

PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE

Since the introduction of our metal maintenance programs, we have provided our customers with dependable service at a competitive price. Under a typical maintenance contract, we are responsible for the condition and appearance of the metal, and costs are amortized over the duration of the contract period.

ONE-TIME REFINISHING

The metal work is refinished only once, as specified by the customer, and fully invoiced. If the customer elects to keep up the condition and appearance of the metal with a maintenance program, credit for the completed work is applied to the contract.
